Thank you for using Ninzza ("the App"), our GPS vehicle tracking and management application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, store, and protect your information when you use the App.
By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect certain information to provide accurate, real-time vehicle tracking and reporting services.
The App uses your device's GPS (via ACCESS_FINE_LOCATION and ACCESS_COARSE_LOCATION permissions) to display real-time vehicle locations, routes, and travel history on the map.
Location data is used to provide tracking, geofence alerts, and route/history reports.
Location information is used only within the App and is never shared with third parties without your consent, except as described in Section 4.
We store vehicle and tracking-device details such as vehicle name/number, device ID, ignition status, and related tracking parameters, in order to provide tracking, reporting, and alert features.
The App uses barcode/QR code scanning (camera-based) solely to register or link a tracking device to your account; scanned data is not used for any other purpose.
Users can create and delete their own user ID directly from within the App for reference and account-management purposes.
Information such as username, contact details, and login credentials is securely stored and used only for account authentication and management.
The INTERNET permission is required to communicate with our tracking servers, fetch and sync vehicle data, and display live maps.
The POST_NOTIFICATIONS permission is used to send real-time alerts such as ignition ON/OFF, geofence entry/exit, and other trip- or device-related notifications via Firebase Cloud Messaging.
The WAKE_LOCK permission is used to keep the device's tracking and notification services running reliably in the background so that location updates and alerts are not missed.
Your data is used to:
Display your vehicles on the map and track them in real time.
Show trip/route history and playback.
Send live notifications about ignition, geofence, and other tracking events.
Allow you to create or delete your user ID and manage your account and linked vehicles/devices.
Improve overall app performance, reliability, and the tracking experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal or vehicle data with any third party for advertising or marketing purposes.
All communication between your device and our servers is protected with SSL/TLS encryption.
Only authorized, authenticated users can access their own account and associated vehicle/device data.
We do not share your personal or vehicle data with third parties except:
When required by law, regulation, or a valid request from government/law-enforcement authorities.
When necessary to use essential third-party services that power the App, such as Google Maps/Places for map display and Firebase for authentication, notifications, and cloud infrastructure. These providers process data only to the extent needed to deliver their service to us.
You have control over your data:
You can create or delete your user ID at any time directly within the App.
You can update or edit your vehicle and account details within the App.
You may request full deletion of your account and associated data by contacting our support team using the details in Section 8.
The App is not designed for or directed at children under 13 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from minors. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately so we can remove it.
We retain your account, vehicle, and location data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the App's services. Upon account deletion, associated personal data is removed from our active systems, except where retention is required by law.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
