The C02 in the air moves from atmosphere to plants, then from plants to animals, then fossilization which leads to combustion fossil fuels then back to C02 in the air. 

evaporationoccurs from the ocean, which then leads to condesation in clouds, then turns to precipitation, which then leads to surface runoff, then leads to water going into the ocean. 

Weathering of rocks, surface runoff, where phosphates then dissolve, which go to plants, then aquatic animals feed off of plants , which then leads to sedmentation, the uplift brings rock upto land, or phosphates are absorbed through soil from surface runoff, then plants take up phosphates then animals feed of plants, then decomposers recycle phosphates.
