Dr. Sheetal J. Patel is CTI-trained, and ICF + DYL certified executive coach. She is energized by helping people and organizations find their "aha" moments so they can connect to opportunity. She has also worked with early career through c-suite execs to design and change their life and work pathways. 

Patel is also a fifteen-year veteran of creating engaging brands, marketing strategies, and stories that effectively impact people’s lives. She has worked across industries helping organizations understand their employees and customers in order to have the greatest impact. 

Her recent research has focused on meaningful work, multi-generational workplaces, learning, DEIB, and brand management. She is currently the co-founder of Ninety-Five Z, researcher and strategist at LinkedIn, and speaks and consults regularly.

Patel is a published author. She was awarded the NACE/Chevron Award by the National Association of Colleges and Employers (10k+ companies and universities) for achievement and innovation in branding. She has also been the recipient of over $250,000 in fellowships, grants, and scholarships for her research. She is dedicated to developing stories that serve her communities in her spare time as well, participating in such activities as the classical dance performance art of Kuchipudi, photography, and writing about women and balance.

Iyad holds the Head of People, Culture, and Behavioral Science position at a VC-backed leadership development company in Silicon Valley. He provides strategic direction on learning design and impact to enterprise-level clients worldwide. He is the Founder of Sparathon, a consultancy specializing in behavioral learning for leaders and startups. Clients include the World Bank, Microsoft, Accenture, and more.

He's a distinguished leader in strategic learning at scale and organizational development, with a remarkable career spanning over two decades. He has successfully shaped and driven talent and HR initiatives across various sectors, including strategic leadership roles in three Silicon Valley multi-billion dollar corporations. Additionally, he has served as an advisor to international organizations and government agencies in the US and MENA.

Before his corporate leadership roles, Iyad established his academic roots as an esteemed educator and faculty fellow at Stanford, Purdue, California State, and the United Nations. His tenure has endowed him with a profound knowledge base in organizational behavior, psychology, behavioral science, and human resources. Iyad is an academically trained scholar in organizational behavior, psychology, behavioral science, and human resources from Purdue, USF, Stanford, and Harvard.

Recognized for his contributions, Iyad has been honored with the '40 under 40' and 'Who's Who in America - Most Respected Science Professionals' accolades in 2023. As a coaching and learning expert, He actively shares his expertise as a board advisor to HR.com, Harvard Business Review, and the International Coaching Federation's Digital Coaching Committee. Furthermore, Iyad serves as a fellow at the Harvard Institute of Coaching and is a Fulbrighter and member of the Forbes HR Council.
