You have to be 18 years or older to commission work from me.
I only accept digital commissions at this time.
✦ AS THE ARTIST (ME) ✦
✦ I reserve the right to deny any commission requested under any circumstances.
✦ I still own all copyrights of the commission; this includes any postings I make of the work to my socials, to reuse the
commission for self-promotion and sales, to reproduce and copy, and to put in my portfolio.
✦ Unless a due date is agreed on, I reserve the right to work on the commission to completion
at the pace that I provide it.
✦ I will only draw in my own style and will not "copy" another artist's style. If you'd like a commission in their style,
please commission that artist instead.
✦ AS THE COMMISSIONER (YOU) ✦
✦ You understand that I'm strictly a digital artist and my work is digital only. Which means there will NOT be any shipping
or receiving of any physical goods.
✦ My art is for private/ personal use ONLY, meaning you can NOT use it for any commercial use or profit unless stated otherwise
or commercial right are purchased.
✦ You are allowed to repost my artwork as long as credit is CLEARLY given.
✦ You are allowed to crop the commissioned artwork's layout for icons, banners, ect. You are NOT allowed to repost the full sized
image of my art without my copyright mark and credit.
✦ Please do NOT commission characters you do NOT own without the original artist's approval.
✦ If the commission is lineart or sketch, you are allowed to color in/ paint over it as long there is a copy of the original image
with clearly stated credit.
✦ The original artwork is NOT allowed to be edited, altered, or traced by you or another artist.
✦ Do NOT claim the artwork as your own.
✦ EDITS ✦
✦ During the sketch phase, any edits can be made at request. After approval and the final draft begins can be subjected
to additional fees depending on the complexity of the edit. This does NOT include miscommunication or mistakes I personally make.
✦ PAYMENTS & REFUNDS ✦
✦ Payment is USD only.
✦ I accept payments through Zelle Only (currently).
✦ UNLESS I SAY OTHERWISE; I will not begin working on the commission till full payment is given. For partial payments, I will not begin on the commission
till full payment is made.
✦ If you decide to cancel the commission, the amount of refund will depend on the amount of commission completed. If the progress of the art has
NOT begun, then a full refund will be given.
✦ Do NOT send me any payment till I ACCEPT THE COMMISSION AND SEND YOU AN INVOICE OR LINK. Any payments sent beforehand will be accepted as a tip/ donation.
✦ I can accept partial payments, as long as full payment is made within 7 days. If this is the case, please let me know before I
accept the commission. If full payment can NOT be made within the time frame given, the commission will be dropped and the partial
payment sent will be refunded.
✦ I reserve the right to cancel the commission at anytime for any reason. If some reason I do decide to cancel the commission,
you'll receive a full refund.
✦ OTHER GENERAL INFO ✦
✦ NO ONE is allowed to use my art to create NFT (Non Fungible Token); not by commissioner or any one else.
✦ I refuse the usage of my art for AI learning.
✦ I am more than happy to update you with a WIP of your commission at anytime as requested via e-mail.
✦ Commercial use of my art must be mutually agreed on before; by commissioner and artist.
