Definition of Account Deletion

Requesting to delete your account implies that all your personal data, game progress, and other associated information with "Nindo Sprint" will be permanently removed. This action is irreversible once completed.

How to Delete Your Account

At the moment, we don't offer a direct in-app option for account deletion. To delete your account, please send an email to nidosprint@gmail.com using the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” In your email, provide your username and the email address you registered with to help us verify your identity. After verifying your identity, we will proceed with the deletion process.

Data Retention Period

Once we receive and validate your deletion request, we might require up to 7 days to entirely erase all your associated data. Your data will remain inaccessible during this period, though it's not fully deleted until the end of this duration.

Data Backup

Before sending a request for account deletion, ensure that you have saved any vital game data or other essential information. After account deletion, the associated data will be irrecoverable.
