Niloufar's research focuses on nanoAGILE (Axially Graded Index LEns) structures. She investigates methods to enhance light-matter interactions and explore new optical materials and fabrication processes. She enjoys learning new things, experimentation and prototyping, and finding better solutions. With this knowledge, she aims to share it and help communities.

Diptendu's research focuses on space solar and optical systems by exploring new materials and device concepts using computational and experimental methods to enable new functionalities while enhancing efficiency and space resilience. Diptendu carried out research at the Indian Institute of Science (IISc) Bangalore, India, before joining Southampton.
