Employee engagement is what makes work feel human. It’s about creating moments that make people feel appreciated, connected, and genuinely excited to be part of their workplace.
At Sephora, I assisted with the planning and execution of Play Days, Surprise & Delights, and the Red Bag Speaker Series — programs designed to celebrate employees and make workdays feel special. At Warner Bros. Discovery, I supported activations around company priorities like Shark Week and Season 2 of House of the Dragon, giving employees unique opportunities to share in the excitement of the company’s projects and premieres. At FOX, I collaborated with the Communications and DEI teams on events such as Lunch & Learns and Inclusion Week, while also creating weekly trivia and content for FOX Life, the employee engagement Slack channel. These projects kept employees learning, connected, and having a little fun along the way.
I’ve seen how thoughtful engagement initiatives can boost satisfaction, build community, and help employees feel proud of where they work, and that’s the kind of impact I aim to create.
