Hi, this is Nina.

I am a visiting assistant professor at the Department of Statistics, University of California, Davis.

In 2022, I obtained my PhD under the supervision of Holger Dette at the Department of Mathematics, Ruhr University Bochum Germany.

My PhD and postdoctoral studies were funded by the German Research Foundation (DFG) through Research Training Group (RTG) 2131 "High-dimensional Phenomena in Probability - Fluctuations and Discontinuity" and Research Unit 5381 “Mathematical Statistics in the Information Age – Statistical Efficiency and Computational Tractability”, respectively.  Feel free to checkout my CV here!

My research interests are focussed on high-dimensional statistics and random matrix theory.
