Environmental Economics: Research in this field comprises resource economics with special importance to forest natural resources in participatory modelling and climate change economics with emphasis on single-crop vs multi-crop modelling of climate change adaptation in agriculture and plantation sector.
Public Economics: Research addresses the issues on stability and sustainability of long run fiscal policy, patterns of intergovernmental fiscal transfers in federal system including environmental finance in India.
Health Economics: Research comprises the role of not-for-profit organisations in healthcare system with special reference to national and subnational level health accounts, public expenditure review for resource allocation and fiscal federalism in health sector of India.
