PhD Candidate, Operations Management
Tepper School of Business · Carnegie Mellon University
I am currently a PhD candidate in Operations Management at the Tepper School of Business, Carnegie Mellon University. I am fortunate to be advised by Professor Alan Scheller-Wolf. Prior to joining Tepper, I received my MSc degree in Industrial Engineering from Bilkent University, where I was advised by Professor Emre Nadar.
My research centers on sustainable operations, focusing on the design of policies that can effectively foster environmental progress in settings where firm, policymaker, and investor incentives do not always align. I am particularly interested in understanding when and why sustainability policies achieve their intended goals, and when they do not.
