Hello! Welcome to my site. My name is Redowan Ahmed Niloy. Currently, I am a graduate teaching assistant at Texas Tech University. Currently, I am a Graduate Research Assistant and a Ph.D. candidate at Texas Tech. For the past four and a half years at Tech I have I have served in multiple positions from Teaching Assistant, Research Assitaint and Graduate Instructor. I am working as a Ph.D. student under the supervision of Dr. Jerzy Blawzdziewicz. I have completed my undergrad degree in Mechanical Engineering from Bangladesh University of Engineering & Technology which is the most prestigious university of Engineering & Technology in Bangladesh. My research interest lies in Bioscience, Aerodynamics, Computational fluid, Aerospace, Failure of structures, Material properties, and many other topics. I have worked under the supervision of Professor Dr. A. B. M. Toufique Hasan, where I had been working with the transonic Aerodynamics of 3 airfoil cascades which includes shock patterns, shock types, strengths, and positions along the chord lengths with the variation of pressure ratio.
Prior to that, I completed my 12th grade at Notre Dame College, Dhaka which is known as the best 12th-grade institution in Bangladesh, and 10th grade at Civil Aviation High School, Tejgaon, Dhaka. I have been brought up and raised in the core of Dhaka city.
I find History, Art, the development of social norms, and civilization very interesting. During my recess, I love to read books, travel to different parts of my country, and play.
