MAGNOSCOPE

The magnoscope can be used for the works where need the flexibility in using the magnifying lenses. There is no restrictions the space required for the sample to the lenses or the lighting. It can be portable to any place and conveniently placed on any surface. Additionally, the magnoscope comes with a lightning source to control the light intensity for easy observation of difficult to seeable objectives. used for finding fine pitch component placement accuracy; quality of solders including bridges in reflowed solder, blow holes, checking of colour codes etc. We can check surface for assemblies in watches, meters, instruments. Detection of surface defects on finished jobs, cutting tool angles, bolts, etc.

INSPECTION

A quality inspection involves measuring, examining, testing, or gauging various characteristics of a product and comparing those results with specified requirements to determine whether there is a conformity. Quality Control (QC) is critical to build and deliver products that meet or exceed customers’ expectations.

There are three types of quality inspections:

1. Preproduction Inspection. During the preproduction phase, raw materials need to be tested before entering production.

2. In-line Inspection. Additional inspections should take place during various stages of the manufacturing process.

3. Final Inspection.
