About the workshop

We are pleased to announce the Workshop on Neuro-Symbolic Intelligence for LLMs and Autonomous Agents at IJCAI-ECAI 2026 to be held in Bremen, Germany. This workshop brings together researchers from academia and industry to explore the intersection of neuro-symbolic AI, LLMs, and agent-based systems, fostering collaboration and shaping future research directions.

We invite submissions on topics and questions related to neuro-symbolic AI, including but not limited to:

• Neuro-symbolic approaches for autonomous and multi-agent systems

• Integration of LLMs with symbolic reasoning and planning

• World models and symbolic action representations

• Learning symbolic abstractions from sub-symbolic data

• Explainability and interpretability in agentic systems

• Hybrid architectures for perception, reasoning, and action

• Verification and guarantees for learning-based agents

• Human knowledge integration and feedback

• Benchmarks, evaluation, and real-world applications
