My name is Nikoloz Managadze. I am 18 years old from Georgia, Tbilisi. I always liked gourmet desserts, their unusualness and lightness. I have mastered the technology of making desserts and now I can already come up with new tastes and shapes. I am known as a pastry chef and I have shared my technology making master classes in different regions of Georgia so far. I think it is a wonderful profession, something like art design. The main television channel of Georgia became interested in that topic and made an interview with me where I speak about myself and how I became interested in confectionery. I have made an interview for Georgian radio, too, where I talk about one of my master classes. Most of all I am glad and proud that with my activities I help my family to promote our family business.
