By commissioning me, you are stating that you have fully read and agreed to the terms listed on this website.

Copyright and Usage:

----

• I, the artist, will still have FULL RIGHTS AND OWNERSHIP to the artwork even after completion, NOT the buyer. I can do whatever I wish with the artwork. (If you don't want me posting the artwork or using it for promotion, please specify!)

• The client has full rights to whatever characters they own.

Buyers CANNOT:

• Alter, reference, or trace ANY of my artwork. Doing so is extremely disrespectful and I will be sure to NEVER take commissions from you again.

• Claim artwork as your own. It's still my art.

• All of my drawings have a signature. DO NOT remove or alter it in any way. DO NOT crop it out either or cover it up. Make sure it is clearly seen.

• Use art for NFTs. Under absolutely NO circumstances can ANY of my art be affiliated with ANY NFTs or cryptocurrency, even if it's used as an icon for an account affiliated with them.

Buyers CAN:

• Use artwork for personal use only. No exceptions (for now).

• Print out the artwork yourself.

• Use the artwork for YouTube banners, thumbnails, profile pictures, and basically anything personal as long as you give credit (@nikk.stikk on Instagram).

• Use the artwork in monetized videos/streams as long as it isn't the main monetary focus, with credit to my Instagram.

Payment/Refund Policy:

• At the moment, my only payment method is Venmo. I cannot accept any other until further notice. My Venmo is @nikk_stikk. Payments are made in USD!!!

• PLEASE contact me where I'm active BEFORE making a payment so that everything can go smoothly.

• YOU are paying first. No exceptions. You pay in full, and then I will start drawing. If you refuse, you will not get my service and you can look somewhere else.

• Make sure that you can afford the commission. If not, either pick a cheaper option or wait until you get the money.

• I will NOT, under ANY circumstances offer free commissions unless posted elsewhere. You will automatically be denied. If you keep insisting or be rude about it, I will block your account and blacklist you from ever commissioning me. This is a side JOB, not a hobby.

• Absolutely NO refunds UNLESS I am the one who cancels the commission OR if you cancel before the lining phase. I am not trying to scam anyone, this is to keep people from scamming me. If you're unsatisfied with the final result, we will negotiate in DMs.

• If I am giving a refund for the above reasons, let me transfer the money back. Don't charge me or else it will cause confusion and take longer to get the money back. I will NOT, however, refund commissions to clients who are behaving poorly with me, the artist.

• NOTE: Prices are subject to change. If you've commissioned me before, please check the "Prices" tab just in case anything new is added or if anything changes. Posts about special deals/discounts will be primarily on Instagram or Twitter.

Process/Revisions:

• Please please PLEASE provide clear references and explanations!! It will make it easier for me and the commission will be done in a shorter amount of time. Keep it neat, which means no giant wall of text!! (You don't have to be formal)

• I will update the client on sketch, line art, base color, and shading. I usually create multiple thumbnail sketches for the client to choose from before lining.

• Please be patient with me! Some commissions will take me longer than others for a variety of reasons. They include, but aren't exclusive to, complexity, difficulty, and real life events. I will do my best to update you on the process!

• If you want revisions, you can ONLY do it during the sketching and line art phase. After that, it will be too late. Number of times I'll do a revision will depend on the complexity. If there is an error on my end (for example, I forget an accessory on a character), I will fix it free of charge.

• If you provided a unclear reference/description and many revisions are requested as a result of it, I will charge you a fee of 5-10 dollars based on complexity. Same goes to previously approved drawings. (Remember, I will not make revisions after you approve the line art unless it's an error on my end)

• If you fail to communicate throughout the commission for an extended period of time (1 month), it will either get put on hold (no longer priority) or get cancelled.

• I will let you know if commissions are taking longer than usual and assure you that I haven't forgot about it.

• Once I finish, you will receive multiple versions of the finished piece. Typically, I will send one with a background and one that's transparent. Physical artwork is not offered at the moment, only digital.

• I usually work in a 1:1 ratio and will export the images as a PNG. If you want it as a different size and file type, please let me know and we will compromise.

• If the client does not keep contact within a month of commission initiation, it will be cancelled. If the client loses contact during any part of the commission process and doesn't respond within a month, the commission will also be cancelled. NO REFUNDS

WILL Draw:

• Furries, both anthro and feral

• Humanoid figures

• Various accessories (depends on complexity).

• LGBTQ+ Pride Art

• Original species/characters

• Characters from official media (PERSONAL USE ONLY)

• Gore

• Suggestive work (not full NSFW)

• Almost anything that's not listed in "WON'T DRAW"

WON'T DRAW:

• Political ideologies (If your OC is a communist soldier or something along those lines and isn't spreading any real message, then it's okay! I'm talking about political posters favoring specific ideas and people)

• Religious ideologies

• Illegal content (pedophilia, etc.)

• Content that I am not comfortable with or don't feel like I can draw

• Hateful content that is meant to mock individuals or groups of people

• NSFW
