My name is Nikki M. Simpson. 

My professional role is in the education realm as a Talented and Gifted (TAG) Facilitator  with Davenport Community School District.

Collaborating with fellow staff members, learning and sharing, is how I’m wired. I rarely go a day without listening to a podcast, planning the implementation of a new idea, lesson or technology tip,  reading and researching. I take great pride in being a  go-to resource with staff and students whether it be for  differentiation ideas,  technology and hands-on learning incorporation, guidance in navigating challenging conversations with students and families, as well as, encouraging meaningful connection and addressing social emotional needs.
