Warranty Information

Please note that Nikita Traders & Manda Trading Co. acts as a distributor for various companies of chocolate, ingredient, and packaging brands. The warranty coverage for these products is determined by the original manufacturer's warranty. Nikita Traders & Manda Trading Company itself does not offer additional warranties.

 What the Warranty Covers,

 The manufacturer's warranty typically covers only defects in materials or workmanship. A valid proof of purchase, such as a warranty card and invoice, is usually required to claim warranty service. The warranty applies only under normal use conditions, excluding any man-made damage.

Warranty Duration and Limitations

It's important to understand that the manufacturer's warranty may not cover consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising from product use or misuse.

What's Not Covered by Warranty: Chocolate, ingredients, and packaging categories generally do not carry warranties. Additionally, the warranty excludes:

• External damages like wear, tear, and scratches

• Issues caused by misuse or abuse, including scratches, stains, warping, discoloration, or heat damage

• Products purchased second-hand (warranty is only valid for the original purchaser with proof of purchase)
