I am an Assistant Professor of Marketing at the Marshall School of Business, USC. I teach graduate-level courses on Digital Marketing.

I am currently pursuing research in two streams. In the first stream, I study the economics of AI algorithms. My most active work studies algorithms offered by technology platforms in the housing market. I also have prior work on AI  bias, fairness, and explainability. In the second stream, I study creative content and Web 3.0. My most active work is on live streaming and music. I also have prior work on Blockchains and NFTs for managing creative content.

My research is focused on uncovering the ill effects of unregulated technologies on consumers.

I completed my PhD from Carnegie Mellon University with a dissertation on the Economics of Machine Learning and Blockchain Technologies. Before academia, I developed financial technology and risk models for Goldman Sachs.
