My team used the social media analytics software, Sprinklr, to analyze Biltmore's engagement on social platfroms. Using the data that we collected we developed a social media plan to increase Biltmore's engagement with the Gen Z audience.

My team and I conducted market research for the small business, Yoga Therapy Bar. Our goal was to use the findings from our research to conduct a marketing plan that can be adopted by our client.
