The Vivid Breeze is 3 story Guest  House that is programmed with various utilities and facilities specially for the  use of the people of Jalan Kampung  Hulu, Melaka. The building is build up 496 sqm which includes sustainable elements of open spaces and design suited for the users and also visitors.

The guest house offers green design elements which includes good sustainable design acts wether in form of its planning, green design facade and materials used for the building. Its main aim of action is to tackle the Urban Heat Island (UHI) factors in order to create a comfortable and cooling environment around a heated urban area.
