10.  Limitation of Liability: Nija Mart is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Application and shall not be responsible for any unauthorised transactions conducted on the Platform using Your Payment Details. The Company shall not be obligated to refund any money to You in such instances.
