Poster guidance

NEW FOR 2025!  Based on feedback from last year’s event, we are giving every HDRC the opportunity to display a poster this year!  

This is an opportunity for your HDRC to showcase something you are proud of.  This could be an innovative project you have been involved in, how you have gone about achieving one of your HDRC goals, how you have developed your priority areas, progress against changing practice within your local authority.  The possibilities are endless!  The aim is to spread good practice and share learning across the HDRC network.

Poster requirements:  A member of your HDRC must be present to talk to others about the content during the poster session.  An electronic version of the poster should be emailed to event organisers 1 week prior to the conference, and a printed version brought to the conference on the day.  Posters need to be no bigger than AO size and must be in portrait orientation:
