This Privacy Policy explains how Shift Worker Sleep Management (“the App”) handles information when you use it.
We do not directly collect, store, or sell your personal data.
The App displays ads via Google AdMob, which may collect certain data automatically to serve ads, perform analytics, prevent fraud, and measure ad performance.
We do not collect information directly.
However, third-party services used in the App may collect information as described below.
The App uses Google AdMob to show advertisements. AdMob may collect and process data such as:
Device information (e.g., device model, operating system version)
Advertising identifiers (e.g., IDFA if you allow tracking, or other identifiers used for ads)
IP address (which may be used to estimate general location, such as city-level)
App usage information (e.g., ad interactions, performance data)
Diagnostics (e.g., crash and performance data)
Approximate location (derived from IP address or other signals)

Serve and personalize ads (where allowed)

Detect fraud and improve ad safety

If the App requests permission to track you across apps and websites owned by other companies, iOS will show Apple’s AppTrackingTransparency prompt.
If you allow, AdMob may use the Identifier for Advertisers (IDFA) for personalized ads and measurement.
If you deny, AdMob will limit tracking and may show non-personalized ads instead.
You can change your choice at any time in iOS Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.
Shift Worker Sleep Management may store your schedules, preferences, and app settings locally on your device to make the App function. We do not receive this data.
Depending on the features you enable, the App may request access to:
Notifications (to remind you about sleep/wake plans, caffeine cutoff, etc.)
Calendar (optional, if you choose to import/export your schedule)
Health / Apple HealthKit (optional, if you choose to sync sleep data)
We only use permissions to provide the requested feature. We do not collect these data ourselves. If a third-party service is involved (e.g., ads), it is only for ad delivery and measurement as described above.
We do not share your personal information because we do not collect it.
However, Google AdMob may share or process information as described in Google’s policies (for example, with service providers or for legal compliance).
Shift Worker Sleep Management is not directed to children under 13 (or the applicable age in your country), and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children. Ad services used by the App may have their own policies and controls.
If you believe a child has provided personal data through the App or its ads, contact us at office@hgmobile.top and we will help address the issue.
You can:
Disable ad personalization by denying tracking (ATT prompt) or via iOS privacy settings
Limit ads personalization in your Google account settings (if applicable)
Reset your advertising identifier (where available)
Turn off permissions (Notifications, Calendar, Health) in iOS Settings
Third-party providers (such as Google) may process information on servers located outside your country. They use appropriate safeguards as described in their policies.
We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version in the App or on the App’s listing, and update the “Effective Date” above.
