The Night Owl Scholar Writing Group started as the Night Owl Doctoral Writing Group by Gabriel Rodríguez Lemus, Jr. in Fall 2023 during their time as a doctoral student at UT Austin. It began as a night Writing Group for doctoral students and candidates, but has since expanded to anyone in academia.
