This Privacy Policy applies to the mobile application Night of Thief: Take and Run (“App”). The App is provided as a Free service and is intended for use as is.
We do not collect personal information such as your name, home address, or phone number inside the App.
Depending on how you use the App, the following data may be collected:
Device and Other Identifiers (e.g., Google Advertising ID/GAID and other device identifiers).
App Interactions & Usage Data related to advertising (for example: ad impressions, ad clicks, session events).
Network information such as IP address and basic technical information (device model, OS version, language, time zone) transmitted for delivery of ads and basic app operation.
The App does not request precise device location. Some advertising partners may infer approximate location from the IP address to comply with local regulations and to reduce fraud; this inference is handled by partners, not by the App.
Advertising & Marketing – to show and measure in-app ads.
Fraud Prevention, Security & Compliance – to prevent invalid traffic and abuse and to comply with legal requirements.
Analytics (optional) – if enabled, to understand ad performance and improve the App.
We use the Appodeal advertising platform, which may share the above data with Appodeal and its mediated ad partners (e.g., AppLovin, Google AdMob, Unity Ads, etc.) for ad delivery, measurement, and fraud prevention.

We do not sell personal information. We may disclose data if required by law or to protect rights, safety, and security.
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information, please contact us and we will delete it.
Data is transmitted over encrypted connections (HTTPS/TLS). We apply technical and organizational safeguards appropriate to the type of data processed.
Advertising and analytics data are retained only for as long as necessary for the purposes described above and as required by our partners’ retention policies. You may request deletion (see below).
You can reset or opt out of personalized advertising in Android: Settings → Google → Ads (or Privacy → Ads) to reset your Advertising ID and turn off “Ads Personalization”.
You can stop all collection by uninstalling the App.

We may update this Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated “Last updated” date. Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Policy.
