This Privacy Policy explains how ChaseLight Technology Limited ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the Nightbloom mobile application (the "App").
We may require you to create an account and may collect personal information, such as your email address, in connection with your use of the App. We may also collect information you choose to provide when you contact us.
We use this information to operate and support the App, to communicate with you, and to comply with legal obligations.
The App requests permission to access your device's photo library so that images you generate in the App can be saved to it. This access is used solely to save images at your direction. Images remain on your device; we do not receive, upload, or store them.
If you decline this permission, you can still use the App, but images cannot be saved to your photo library.
Because we do not collect personal information, we do not use, sell, share, or disclose it, and we do not use it for advertising or analytics purposes.
The App is not directed to children under 18, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Any images you save are stored locally on your device and are under your control. You may delete them through your device's photo library, and you may remove all App data by uninstalling the App.
Depending on where you live, including California and other U.S. states, you may have rights regarding personal information about you. Because we do not collect personal information through the App, we generally have no such information to access, correct, delete, or port. You may contact us at the address below with any questions.
The App is distributed through Google Play. Google may collect information in connection with your download and use of the App as described in the Google Privacy Policy, which is not covered by this Privacy Policy.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted with a new "Last updated" date.
