5. Device Permissions

6. Premium Subscription & In-App Purchases

If you purchase Premium:

• Payment will be processed through your Google Play or Apple App Store account.

• Prices, subscription periods, and available plans are displayed before purchase.

• Unless canceled before the renewal date, subscriptions automatically renew according to the policies of the applicable app store.

• You may manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Google Play or Apple App Store account settings.

• Uninstalling the App does not automatically cancel an active subscription.

• Refunds are handled according to the policies of Google Play or Apple App Store and applicable law.

• We may update subscription pricing or available Premium features. Any pricing changes will become effective only after notice and in accordance with the applicable app store policies.

• If payment cannot be successfully processed, Premium access may be suspended until payment is completed.

• Premium access is licensed solely for your personal use and may not be transferred, shared, resold, or used for commercial purposes.

7. Intellectual Property

All content included in the App, including but not limited to software, source code, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, interfaces, trademarks, and designs, is owned by Nigeriacamera or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, no portion of the App may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The App may integrate third-party services such as analytics providers, advertising networks, cloud services, crash reporting tools, or payment processors.
