Terms of Service

1. General Terms

Please provide appropriate references.

As a main subject of the commission, I will NOT do:

• Non Consent NSFW

• Mecha

I retain the right to reject a commission for any reason.
Turnaround time depends on the piece. It could be anywhere from one (1) day to two (2) weeks.

2. Additional Fees

Additional fees will be discussed with you if you want one of the following:

• Weapons

• Pets

• Additional People*

*Additional people will generally be +50%

3. Payments & Refunds

I take half up front & half upon approval of the sketch.

I will only negotiate on the form of payment with UK buyers, otherwise, it's PayPal or Ko-Fi only.

Full refunds will only be offered if I cannot complete the commission or if you back out before the lineart phase. If a file back is charged without prior conversation your rights to use the commissioned artwork will be retracted & you will be put on blast or reported.

4. General Usage

As the artist I:

• Have the right to reject any order that I do not feel comfortable drawing for any reason

• Have the right to cancel a commission and offer a refund if I am unable to complete the order for personal reasons

• Can post the final version of the drawing on my social media and use it as a sample for my commission

• If you do not want me to share your commission publicly, please let me know ahead of time

• The buyer is allowed to:

• Use the artwork for personal use

• Use the artwork to promote themselves on social media, including live streaming*

• Print the artwork for personal use

*If you want this, please read about commercial usage

The buyer is not allowed to:

• Reproduce/use the copyrighted artwork commercially

• Claim the artwork as their own

• Alter the artwork without my consent

5. Commercial Usage

I do not generally make art for commercial usage. I consider anything you make money of off commercial. Due to the art commission discord guidelines, any commercial use of my work does have a 100% markup.
