We also offer a souvenir package for your events! 🎁 Our single-serve drip coffee comes in two delightful variants: Butterscotch (Vietnam Robusta) and Adlaw Blend (a mix of Arabica and Vietnam Robusta coffee, medium roasted), with custom printing available on the packaging. Cost may vary depending on your design preferences.
Payment Terms:
A 50% down payment is required upon booking confirmation to secure your reservation.
The remaining 50% of the payment must be settled one day prior to the event.
Any additional add-on payments must be settled at the conclusion of the event.
A cancellation fee of PHP 1,000 will be deducted from the down payment in the event of cancellation.
Design Requirements:
For add-on stickers and signage, the client must provide the logo and design artwork within 7 working days after confirming the booking.
Add-On Services:
Personalized Cup Stickers: PHP 300 per 100 sets (Graphic design must be provided by the client).
Personalized Sign Board Easel: PHP 500 each (Graphic design must be provided by the client).
Additional Cup: PHP 100 per cup on the day of the event.
Additionally, in the event that not all products are consumed during the event, the client has the option to take out the remaining number of cups to be served. We want to ensure your satisfaction, so feel free to enjoy the extras at your convenience.
Please note that failure to provide the necessary design artwork within the specified timeline may result in delays or additional charges. All payments are non-refundable except for the cancellation fee as stated above.
