I am an Assistant Professor in the Department of Electrical Engineering at National Chung Cheng University, Taiwan, specializing in analog and mixed-signal integrated circuit design. My research expertise lies in high-speed, low-power circuit architectures, with a strong foundation in dynamic comparator design and offset calibration techniques for advanced ADCs. My current research extends toward digital in-memory computing, low-voltage neural network accelerators for edge AI, and energy-efficient hardware architectures, bridging analog, mixed-signal, and digital design paradigms. I am particularly interested in developing scalable and power-efficient computing systems, ranging from edge AI devices operating at ultra-low voltage to cryogenic CMOS circuits for emerging quantum and hybrid computing platforms. My goal is to contribute to next-generation semiconductor technologies while fostering impactful teaching, mentoring, and industry–academia partnerships that translate research innovation into real-world systems.
