What is iAscend?
iAscend is a graphing application for progress monitoring data. It is built in Google Sheets, making iAscend an ideal data solution for G Suite organizations.
- iAscend MTSS allows data review teams to graph data over the course of a single school year for up to 50 students receiving Tier 2 and/or Tier 3 interventions.
- iAscend IEP allows special educators to graph progress monitoring data for up to seven IEP goals.
- iAscend BSP allows users to select three target behaviors and graph frequency, duration, and/or intensity for each target behavior.

Fast & Easy Set Up
iAscend MTSS and iAscend IEP both feature quick set up tables. As relevant data is entered, it automatically populates across tabs in the spreadsheet and completes half of your set up.
Data Review Snapshots
iAscend MTSS and iAscend IEP both automatically compare the slope of aimlines and trendlines.
- Trendline slope > aimline slope = student likely to be making adequate progress = cells turn GREEN
- Aimline slope > trendline slope = student not likely to be making adequate progress = cells turn RED
- This information is collected in a centralized analysis table, providing school teams with a quick snapshot of either group intervention data review (iAscend MTSS) or a student's progress on multiple IEP goals (iAscend IEP). It is important to note that this automatic analysis feature is a powerful and useful timesaving measure that allows teams to prioritize, but it does not replace visual analysis of graphs.
365 Day Graphing
iAscend IEP graphs data over a full calendar year, from IEP date to IEP date.
