Before we begin, please make sure your students can do ALL of this things. If you can not, please contact technical support OR setup alternate plans with your specific students..

• I have access to my NICS email outside of the district either via OUTLOOK or webmail @ http://mail.northiowa.org

• I know how to get help on NGT's support page - http://www.ngthelp.com
