During my time as the assistant coach for the Waterloo East Trojan eSports team, we accomplished great growth and success! Working with my fellow staff members (left), we established a strong program. Below are my responsibilities:

•  Found, wrote, and implemented grants for the program

• Supported the head coach with planning, organizing, and maintaining communications in the program

• Supported students needs and provided encouragement

• Supported the head coach with the implementation of fundraising events and celebratory ceremonies
