The conference in honour of Nicolau Saldanha's 60th birthday will take place from the 7th to the 9th of August, 2024, at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio), where Nicolau has worked for over 30 years. The scope will cover the many areas to which Nicolau has contributed over his career, including Topology, Combinatorics, Geometry and Differencial Equations. The event aims to foster scientific interaction between students, early career researchers, and senior mathematicians, and will include plenary talks by leading experts in their fields, shorter talks by early career researchers, and a poster session for undergraduate and graduate students.
