I hold a Ph.D. in Economics and Education from Columbia University and am currently on the job market. I am an applied microeconomist specializing in education policy, with a focus on how organizational and market-level factors shape institutional decision-making and student outcomes in postsecondary education.
My research explores how institutional factors, such as managerial compensation, leadership quality, and governance structures, can affect organizational behavior and student outcomes. I also study how market forces, including labor market regulations and the structure of education markets, influence access and quality. My research aims to provide a better understanding of the incentives that drive institutional decision-making, and its implications for broader policy design.
