Dr Nicolas Martin is Chief Scientific Officer at PEEKTORIA and Associate Researcher in Computer Science at Université Grenoble Alpes (UGA). After beginning his career in the field of cognitive psychology and human-computer interaction, his scientific work focuses on the design of machine learning algorithms in low-resource contexts. He worked for 6 years at the Institute of Research and Technology b-com where he has led several research projects aimed at recognizing cognitive states from physiological data and machine/deep learning algorithms. Since 2020, he has been conducting research to design a deep learning-based oral disease detection system for the PEEKTORIA startup he co-founded.
