Assistant Professor

I am an assistant professor in the Economic Geography group of Utrecht University. The focus of my research is on differences in economic performance across space, in particular across regions in Europe.

Besides research and teaching, I am also a contributor of the LSE GILD Blog and a boardgame, hiking and surfing enthusiast.
