Prior to his career in aviation, Niclas Herle specialized in mobile radio services for companies, airports, aircraft, and public authorities. Upon pursuing the aviation industry in 2007, Niclas pursued all aspects of the helicopter industry, never shying away from a challenge. Whether it’s developing Helisaws for aerial trimming or providing helicopter aerial support to those in need, he has always been inclined toward anything with a rotor blade involved.

Niclas Herle is the founder and CEO of Heli Aviation Florida, LLC, Heli Aviation Holding, LLC, Heli Aviation Holding II, LLC, Diamond Helicopters, LLC, AeroParts.com, LLC, and flyVENTURE, LLC. He is also involved with the German Red Cross for over 10 years, serving as a Battalion Chief for the local crisis response unit. At the age of 17, he achieved his EASA pilot licenses. As he realized the lack of opportunities in Europe, he decided to relocate to the United States. Niclas graduated in 2010 with a degree in Business Economics.

Niclas Herle has a 12-year accident/incident free flying record and started his flying career at the age of 17. Currently, he holds an EASA and Instrument rated FAA Commercial Pilot Certificate, as well as an FAA Flight Instructor rating and flies and provides training in Bell 206L, Bell 407, MD500, MD600, Robinson R22/44/66, and Agusta A109’s.

In early 2019, Niclas Herle began flying HAA flight missions under a company separate from his own, which satisfied his long-life passion for emergency medical services. He is also the author of two books, including "7700: Engine Failure and OEI Techniques," which is now available on Amazon. The book provides detailed, and easy-to-understand overview of the fundamentals of engine failures in single-engine helicopters, and autorotation techniques, as well as OEI procedures in multi-engine helicopters.
