Since I began the BTAS program in 2019, my resume has been updated to show several changes throughout that period of time. At my current employer, I started off as an entry level CAD Drafter, which I have now become the Product Developer and Head of Engineering Operations. I currently supervise two CAD Drafters and partake in all quality management. I have added several skills to my resume including MasterCAM, SolidWorks, 3D Modeling, and several management skills. My achievements have been updated to include a 10-hour OSHA Safety Certificate. I added a volunteer section showing that I've been involved with J & N Ministries since the start of 2022. I also adjusted the layout and look of my resume as well.
