ABOUT THE STUDIO

Inpatient Studios was started in 2023 by Nicholas (Nick) Morosini as a continuation of his audio engineering career. Nick has been recording local bands since his sophomore year of high school, and his proficiency in engineering genres such as hardcore, punk, and metal has curated many popular releases from Bay Area acts such as Manos De Fierro, Iron Front, False Flag, and more. The rising Bay Area scene has been taking storm the last couple of years with Nick playing a massive part in expanding. He also has been a Bass Guitarist for 7 years. Inpatient Studios serves to provide artists with an affordable and high quality service that will exemplify their music into sonically rich releases.

 With only one room for recording and mixing/mastering, sessions at Inpatient are very collaborative in nature, while still providing a comfortable and inspiring environment for artist during recording sessions. Inpatient Studios uses Pro Tools 12 as its DAW, and has a wide collection of microphones, plugins, amps, cabinets, and a 4 piece Gretsch Drum Set available for use during a project. 

Despite specializing in heavier genres, this studio is more than exceptional in capturing any forms of music.
