As the UX Researcher in our telecommunication infrastructure project, aligning user needs with technical specifications posed a challenge. I overcame this by fostering open communication between data analysts and designers, ensuring a cohesive approach. Conducting iterative user feedback sessions strengthened our project's efficiency, emphasizing the crucial link between user experience and robust telecommunication infrastructure.
