Users should independently verify important information and consult qualified religious leaders when making decisions that could affect their faith practice, relationships, or well-being. Nothing in the Service is intended as a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or legal advice.
4. AI Dialogue Service
Some responses generated through our AI dialogue feature may be assisted by artificial intelligence. AI-assisted outputs may contain errors, omissions, bias, or outdated information. They are provided for informational support only and are not reviewed by a qualified theologian, pastor, or licensed counselor unless expressly stated. You must independently verify important information before relying on it for any decision, particularly decisions that could affect your faith, health, relationships, or well-being. 5. Accounts and Security
You may create an account using email registration or supported authentication methods. You must provide accurate information and keep it current. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for activity under your account. We may suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, create risk, misuse the Service, or must be restricted by law.
6. Paid Services and Subscription Terms

The features included in a paid plan, its billing period, price, currency, any introductory offer or free trial, and other material terms will be displayed before you confirm the purchase. Paid subscriptions provide access to the features described at checkout for the applicable subscription period. Unless stated otherwise at checkout, subscriptions automatically renew for successive periods of the same length until canceled. By starting a subscription, you authorize the applicable payment provider to charge the payment method associated with your purchase for the amount and billing frequency shown at checkout, including applicable taxes. If a free trial or introductory offer applies, the subscription will convert to a paid subscription at the disclosed price when the offer ends unless you cancel before the conversion date. 7. Payment Channels and Processing
Purchases may be processed through Apple's App Store for eligible purchases made through iOS devices, Google Play if available in the future, or Stripe or another disclosed payment processor for purchases made on our website or authorized web checkout pages. The payment channel used will be identified at checkout or on your receipt. App-store purchases are also governed by the applicable store's payment terms. Web payments are processed by Stripe or the payment processor identified at checkout; we do not directly store full payment-card details. Payment processors may collect and process payment information under their own terms and privacy policies. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information. If a payment fails, access to paid features may be limited or suspended after any applicable grace period. We may correct pricing errors before completing a purchase or, if a charge has already occurred, offer an appropriate correction or refund.
8. Digital Delivery
Bible Voice Audio provides digital services only; no physical goods are shipped. Unless otherwise stated at checkout, paid features are made available to the account used for purchase promptly after successful payment confirmation. Access may be delayed by payment authorization, account verification, app-store processing, technical outages, or security review. If paid access is not activated within a reasonable time after a successful charge, contact contact@nicebiblevoice.com with the purchase channel, purchase date, and receipt or order reference. 9. Cancellation
You may cancel an auto-renewing subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future renewal charges but does not normally end access already paid for; unless applicable law or the relevant platform provides otherwise, access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Apple App Store purchases: cancel through your Apple account's subscription settings.
Google Play purchases (if this channel becomes available): cancel through Google Play's subscription settings.
Web or Stripe purchases: use the cancellation or subscription-management link made available in your account, purchase confirmation, or billing email. If no self-service link is available, email contact@nicebiblevoice.com from the email address associated with your account.
Deleting the app or deleting your Bible Voice Audio account does not automatically cancel an App Store subscription or, if offered in the future, a Google Play subscription. You must cancel through the channel where you purchased the subscription. To avoid the next charge, cancel before the next renewal date shown by the applicable payment provider.
10. Refund Policy
Except where required by applicable law or expressly stated at checkout, payments for digital subscriptions are non-refundable once the applicable paid subscription period has begun. Canceling a subscription prevents future renewal charges but does not by itself create a refund for the current billing period.
Apple App Store purchases: refund requests are handled under Apple's applicable policies and processes.
Google Play purchases (if this channel becomes available): refund requests are handled under Google Play's applicable policies and processes. Where Google directs you to the developer, contact us at contact@nicebiblevoice.com.
Web or Stripe purchases: contact contact@nicebiblevoice.com with the account email, payment date, amount, and reason for the request. Do not send full card details. We will review requests involving duplicate charges, unauthorized charges, material failure to provide the purchased Service, or other circumstances required by law. Nothing in this section limits any non-waivable consumer cancellation, withdrawal, refund, or other statutory rights. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method where practicable. Processing times depend on the payment provider and financial institution.
11. Price and Subscription Changes
We may change prices or paid-plan features prospectively. We or the applicable payment provider will provide advance notice of subscription price changes where required. A price change will take effect no earlier than your next renewal after the required notice and any required consent. You may cancel before the change takes effect.

You may provide bookmarks, notes, reading plans, reflections, uploads, profile information, and other materials ("User Content"). You retain your rights in User Content. You grant APPCENTURY a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, process, and display User Content only as reasonably necessary to provide, secure, troubleshoot, maintain, and support the Service. This license ends when User Content is deleted from our active systems, except where temporary retention is reasonably necessary for backups, security, legal compliance, fraud prevention, or dispute resolution.
You represent that you have the rights needed to submit User Content and that it does not violate applicable law, third-party rights, or these Terms. Do not upload content that contains sensitive personal information, the faces of identifiable individuals without their consent, or content that belongs to someone else.
13. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, accurate, complete, or suitable for your needs. We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-assisted outputs, the completeness of reading plans, or the correctness of devotional guidance.
AI-generated responses and devotional guidance may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your situation. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information available through the Service.
19. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, APPCENTURY LIMITED, its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, licensors, and service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to your use of Bible Voice Audio.
We are not responsible for decisions, losses, injuries, property damage, or other consequences arising from reliance on AI-generated responses, devotional guidance, or other outputs available through the Service.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.
20. Indemnity
