Payments for subscriptions and services are generally non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless required by applicable law. However, we may review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and determine whether a refund can be provided at our sole discretion.
Refund requests should generally be submitted during your active subscription period. Requests submitted after your subscription period has expired may not be eligible for a refund.
Subscription Cancellation
Your subscription will automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel your subscription through your App Store or Google Play account settings, depending on where you purchased your subscription.
Apple App Store purchases: cancel through your Apple account's subscription settings.
Google Play purchases (if this channel becomes available): cancel through Google Play's subscription settings.
Web or Stripe purchases: use the cancellation or subscription-management link made available in your account, purchase confirmation, or billing email. If no self-service link is available, email contact@nicebiblevoice.com from the email address associated with your account.
Deleting the Bible Voice Audio app does not automatically cancel your subscription. You must cancel through the channel where you purchased the subscription.
EU Residents
If you are a consumer located in the European Economic Area (EEA) or Switzerland, you may have certain legal rights, including the right of withdrawal. By subscribing to the Bible Voice Audio service, you request and consent to immediate access to the service.
Where applicable, any refund provided after withdrawal may be adjusted based on the portion of the service already provided before your withdrawal request. To exercise your withdrawal rights where applicable, please contact us within the legally required period.
This Service provides digital content only; no physical goods are shipped, and therefore no physical product returns are involved. For address verification purposes, the company's registered address shall prevail.
