Today, I stand before you to share a very important and meaningful mission. We all know that education is not just about reading books. The true meaning of education lies in developing our intellect, shaping our thinking to be critical and constructive, and empowering ourselves with skills that will shape our future.

With this thought process in mind, we have established the Nurturing Intelligence and Critical Competency vision Institute (NICC). Our primary goal is to help students who are academically struggling due to language barriers, learning difficulties, or any other reasons. In today's schools, it is always the top-performing students who easily grasp concepts, but there is also a significant number of students who are unable to showcase their abilities due to language or other challenges.

Now, you may be wondering, how do we solve this problem?

The first step is always to understand the real problems of students. We believe that every student is unique, and so are their problems. Many times, students face a language barrier or may not understand a subject properly. It is crucial for us to understand the academic background of the student, identify their weaknesses and learning challenges, and examine how they are being taught at school and how their work is being assessed. Often, school teachers follow a standard approach to teaching, which may not suit all students, and this is where the problem arises.

The second step is tailored tuition and teaching. Once we understand the problems of the students, we provide customized support. Every student learns at their own pace, and we give them lessons according to their learning speed. If a student is struggling with math or science, we teach them step-by-step, clear their doubts, and help them prepare according to the school syllabus. Our aim is to assist the student in overcoming their difficulties so that when they go to school, they can easily understand the lessons being taught and perform confidently in their school life.

The third point is tracking progress. Another important goal for us is to monitor the progress of each student. We regularly prepare subject completion reports that clearly record their progress. These reports serve as a guide for us, indicating the student's current level and areas where they need further improvement. We also maintain an attendance sheet for each student, ensuring that they stay on track in their learning journey.

Now, the most important aspect is that we support students in realizing their full potential. Our ultimate goal is to provide students with a strong academic foundation, so that when they attend school, they can easily understand the lessons being taught. Through our tuition, students get the support they need to comprehend the school syllabus and perform better academically. We want every student to understand their subjects thoroughly and achieve excellence in school.

This is all possible when we track the students' learning process in real-time and provide them with step-by-step support. At our institute, we understand the unique learning needs of each student and provide them with customized guidance and resources. We believe that every student has potential; they just need the right approach to unlock it.

Now, you may wonder, if a student completes their school education well, why would they need costly coaching institutes for National level Entrances like NEET, NDA, etc ?

In today's world, there are many prestigious coaching institutes in Delhi , Kota, etc which prepare students for national-level entrance exams. These institutes are quite expensive, and students often have to spend lakhs of rupees to get admission. But I would like to ask, if a student completes their school education properly and builds a strong foundation, why would they need to attend costly coaching institutes?

Our mission is that by the time a student completes their 12th grade, they should have enough knowledge and skills that they no longer need expensive coaching centers. If a student thoroughly understands their school education, cracking entrance exams like NEET, IIT, or NDA etc could be a natural progression for them. We prepare our students not only for their school syllabus but also for competitive exams, so that when they finish 12th grade, they already have the skills and knowledge required to crack these exams.

This approach saves students from a financial burden, where they don't have to repeatedly spend money on admissions to expensive coaching institutes. We want to provide them with a strong foundation at the school level, so they are ready for competitive exams after completing 12th grade. This way, they save both time, energy, and money, and can achieve their goals efficiently.

At our institute, we are not limited to school-level education. We train students who have a solid academic foundation and are ready to take on any national exam. Our focus is on the overall development of students, enhancing their subject understanding, time management skills, and critical thinking abilities, so they don't need extra coaching for any exam in the future.

Nausher Ali is the Director and Founder of NICC Vision Institute, a passionate educator, Data Scientist, and Software Developer with a vision to empower students. Holding a B.Tech in Computer Science and Engineering from MDU, Rohtak(Haryana). Nausher Ali combines his technical expertise with his love for teaching to offer personalized learning experiences.

As a Data Scientist and Software Developer, he brings an analytical and innovative approach to education, making learning more accessible and effective for his students. Apart from his technical career, Nausher Ali is also an author, having written the adventure and science fiction book The Journey to Ocean's Species-I, which reflects his creative side and passion for storytelling.

His educational philosophy revolves around fostering independence in students. He believes that "A true teacher is one who educates students in such a way that they can understand their books and school lectures on their own. The purpose of education is not just to provide information but to develop independence in students so that they don’t have to learn the same subject repeatedly."

Under his guidance, NICC Vision Institute aims to provide students with the tools they need not only to excel in their studies but to think critically, solve problems, and approach challenges with confidence.
