I’m Niccolò Zaccaria, a Ph.D. candidate in Economics at Tilburg University, working in macroeconomics and monetary economics. My research studies how strategic interactions generate price frictions and shape the transmission of monetary policy, using multiple approaches to analyze price rigidities and their microfoundations.
I also study how AI and large language models affect incentives and the informativeness of economic signals, with implications for efficiency and aggregate outcomes.
My supervisors are Dr. Burak Uras and Prof. Dr. Sigrid Suetens.
I will be visiting New York University in the spring of 2026.
