Executive Summary

NHYIRABA BEI FARMS Company Limited (NFCL) is a dynamic Ghanaian-based company dedicated to agri-business, with the only aim of providing a variety of crops production, such as maize, rice, beans, groundnuts, garden eggs, and watermelon for local and international consumption.

To build and empower young self-motivated youth in early agri-business startups to transform the agri-business enterprise in a sustainable manner in the country and beyond. The company has conducted both primary and secondary research into the small-scale and medium-scale agri-business industry in the country and has come out with a new approach to transform the industry. This approach is the progressive approach and it highlights and provides solutions to the inefficiencies among actors to become more competitive, improve services, create jobs, and alleviate poverty.

NFCL specialized in training and mentoring young dynamic local entrepreneurs in agri-business, rural transformation, skills development, and pitching of local talents with the ready market across the country as wells as Africa.

The mandate of NFCL is to expand its technical center within which it will combine a modern and considerate insight with unique and typical plans, aims to redefine agri-business concepts, and will give crops production a sustainable manner.

NFCL is going to do this by providing solutions to the inefficiencies among customers to become more satisfactory, improve the source of revenue, create jobs, and alleviate poverty. This is aligned with the vision which focuses on practical training on crops production, trading, rural transformation, business development, youth involvement, and above all upholds the vision of the president of Ghana to reduce unemployment and increase food production through the initiative of planting for food and jobs.
