Not Me Neither You

In this small universe some of me or some of you have trapped into the cages that might be made by us or by nature. Can you just imagine how our childhood was beside the ocean or inside the locked hospital! Wherever it was, it was beautiful. The red flag on our horizon says that we are similar and different at the same time. When we were young, you were like a bird who can fly and sniff around the green, but I had to survive by collecting plastic from the dust, why?

While you were loved by your surroundings, I was alone at that time, but we journeyed to the same destination.

You spent adulthood with your partner under the blue sky where I spent writing poems about you under the same sky. Do you know while you were working on the construction, I was enjoying snacks on my premises? On our winter of life, you were still strong and full of substance, but I was forever lost into the withered flowers of the ever-familiar green grass on the bank of the river.

How hard it has been tried, no one can escape from those cages whether it is me or you. Because it is not me neither you who we are trying to find freedom, but it is the freedom who has gone far from us.
