Introduction to the National Harbor Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated (NHCJJ) Cotillion/Beautillion Program
The National Harbor Chapter of Jack and Jill of America, Incorporated (NHCJJ) proudly presents its bi-annual Cotillion/Beautillion Program, a distinguished seven-month initiative designed to enrich the lives of young participants through a blend of cultural, social, and educational experiences. This comprehensive program offers a series of carefully curated activities that not only enhance the personal development of each participant, but also foster a sense of community service and social responsibility.
Participants engage in various enrichment activities that focus on leadership, etiquette, public speaking, career development, and community involvement. These experiences are aimed at broadening the participants’ horizons and preparing them for future success in their academic and professional lives.
The culmination of this transformative journey is the formal Cotillion/Beautillion event, where each participant is celebrated for their accomplishments and introduced to society in a grand, formal setting. This momentous occasion is shared with family, friends, and the wider community, serving as a testament to the growth and achievements of the young individuals involved.
The proceeds from the event are used to provide scholarships to deserving participants and to support local charitable organizations, reinforcing the Chapter's commitment to service and leadership within the community.
By participating in this program, young individuals not only gain invaluable life skills, but also contribute to a legacy of service, excellence, and community empowerment.
