What's Considered Rare in NH?

Below is the chart from the New Hampshire Rare Birds Committee. The online link to this PDF can be found here.  The NH RBC website is here. Any species marked for review (or not on the list and therefore a NH first) can be reported in the GroupMe RBA. As long as it doesn't get to be too much, rare birds that are annual or less are also currently OK. Examples of such could be Greater White Fronted Goose, Common Gallinue etc. Also OK are birds in unusual places; i.e. a Parasitic Jaeger in Hampton Harbor, or a Boreal Chickadee in Nashua. Please use common sense with this distinction.
