1. Purpose

This extension is designed solely to help teachers and school administrators manage and review students’ learning performance and progress directly from the official school portal.

It provides automation and visualization features to simplify attendance, class management, and academic review.

2. Data Access & Permissions

🟠 Cookies

Used only to detect and maintain a valid login session on the school portal.

No cookies are created or sent to third parties.

🟢 Storage

Used to locally save user preferences (e.g., selected class, layout mode, filters) and cache data to reduce repeated API calls.

All information remains on the user’s browser storage and is not uploaded anywhere else.

🔵 Tabs

Used to detect if the current tab belongs to the school portal, enabling the extension’s tools only when needed.

The extension does not read or record browsing history or tabs from other websites.

🟣 Scripting

Used to insert helper scripts into the school portal’s pages to extract or display data (like class lists or student names).

These scripts operate only on approved school domains, do not track users, and do not collect private data.

🟤 Host Permissions

The extension only interacts with the official school domains https://gv.poly.edu.vn/

No external domains or tracking scripts are accessed.

3. Data Collection and Sharing

This extension:

• ❌ Does not collect, store, or share any personally identifiable information (PII).
  
  

• ❌ Does not use any analytics, ads, or third-party tracking tools.
  
  

• ✅ All processing happens locally in the user’s browser.
  
  

4. Remote Code

This extension does not execute or load any remote JavaScript or WebAssembly.

All code is fully packaged inside the extension.

5. Data Security

All data stays inside the user’s device.

If the extension accesses school APIs, the communication happens under the school’s secure (HTTPS) domain.

6. User Rights

Users may remove the extension at any time.

All locally stored data will be deleted automatically when the extension is uninstalled.
